Job Description
Serve as a liaison between departments and Legal Contracts Administration to initiate renewal actions for current contracts, memorandums of agreement, inter-local agreements, and licensing agreements under the guidance of leadership. Develop, implement, and maintain an accurate, district-wide contract tracking and management system using Bonfire. Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data to support planning efforts and ensure the accuracy and integrity of contract records and files.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Bonfire to ensure contract data accuracy, including start/end dates, spend caps, and notification settings.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on contract extensions, renewals, amendments, and vendor performance evaluations.
- Draft, review, and route contract documents for leadership review and signature; upload finalized documents to Bonfire.
- Serve as the primary contact for the contracts mailbox and liaise with the Office of General Counsel (OGC) as needed.
- Generate and share monthly contract rosters with buyers and leadership; notify stakeholders of upcoming contract expirations.
- Schedule and facilitate contract-related meetings and consult legal experts when necessary to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or a related administrative support role, preferably in a government, education, or large organizational setting.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
