Job Description
Join a dynamic and forward-thinking development team as a Full Stack Developer focused on building custom ERP and eCommerce solutions. You’ll work in a collaborative, Agile-driven environment, contributing to every stage of development—from brainstorming to deployment and support. Responsibilities
- Design and develop ERP and eCommerce applications to solve real-world business problems
- Gather and analyze requirements; create technical content for configuration, reporting, data migration, and integrations
- Build, test, and deploy applications using OOP principles and JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate in Agile cycles to deliver high-quality releases on schedule
- Provide documentation, testing feedback, and continuous improvement insights
- Support or lead team members in debugging, optimization, and feature delivery
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong skills in React, Node.js, C#, .NET, and Java
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, and SQL Server
- Experience with modern JS frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue, jQuery)
- Familiarity with Kendo/Telerik components
- Strong API integration and testing experience (e.g., Postman)
- Knowledge of Hyland OnBase (workflow, APIs, admin), Progress/OpenEdge, 4GL, PASOE, and WebSpeed
- Proficient in Linux/Unix OS, scripting, and database administration
- Skilled with CI/CD and version control tools (SVN, GitHub, DevOps, Jenkins)
- Excellent problem-solving, technical spec writing, and leadership skills

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
