Job Description
Join a forward-thinking development team as a Full Stack Developer, designing and building custom technology solutions across ERP and eCommerce platforms. This role is ideal for a creative and solutions-driven professional capable of balancing technical innovation with real business needs. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, managing multiple projects and contributing to full-cycle development—from ideation to deployment and user support. Collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical leadership are core to this opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom ERP and eCommerce technology to address complex business challenges
- Analyze requirements and write technical end-user content related to system configuration, reporting tools, data migration, and application integration
- Design, test, and implement applications using object-oriented programming and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Participate in Agile project cycles, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and performance goals
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, provide testing feedback, and suggest improvements to existing solutions
- Lead or support team members in programming, debugging, and code optimization initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements
- Technical B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience
- Senior-level proficiency in React, Node.js, and web development
- Experience with Kendo/Telerik, HTML5, and modern JS frameworks (Angular, Vue, jQuery)
- Strong working knowledge of C#, Java, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, MS SQL Server, and APIs
- Skilled in .NET application integration with SQL Server databases
- Proficient in Postman, API testing tools, and JSON objects
- Experience with Hyland OnBase platform (workflow, APIs, administration)
- Deep understanding of Progress/OpenEdge development, Progress 4GL, WebSpeed, SQL queries, and Progress PASOE
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix OS, scripting, and Progress database administration
- Experience with source control and CI/CD tools (SVN, GitHub, DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of SDLC, application integration, troubleshooting, requirement gathering, and project management
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to write specifications and lead developers
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a high-paced environment

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
