The Reserves Network (TRN), a leading staffing provider for the office, industrial, professional and technical markets, has won ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Talent Award for providing superior service to their employees.
Best of Staffing® results are based off of Net Promoter Scores (NPS), a simple metric based on a survey question asking customers and employees how likely they are to recommend a company on a numeric 1-10 scale, ten being extremely likely and zero being not likely at all. This score is calculated by subtracting the percent of detractors (those who respond with a 6 rating or lower) from the percent of promoters (those who respond with a 9 or 10 rating).
This year, TRN has earned the Talent Satisfaction Award, which is based entirely on ratings provided by its employees. The company received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 77% of their employees, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 24%.

Less than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada receive the Best of Staffing® recognition for service excellence.
