Pay History and W2’s* can be accessed through a mobile device via the ReserveAJob App or a computer desktop via the Web Portal.

*W2’s will be available electronically for employees who have Opted In to receive electronic W2’s during the Onboarding. Those that have Opted Out will receive them via USPS mail to the last known address. 2023 W2’s will be available by January 31.

Download* and Login to the ReserveAJob App from your Mobile Device.

*A SmartLink should be used to download and login to the ReserveAJob app. If you do not have a SmartLink, please contact your branch office so that one can be sent.

W2’s can be found by clicking on Pay and then choosing Tax Statements.

Pay History and W2’s* are in the Web Portal Pay History section. See below for the location of these documents via a computer desktop and a mobile device.

*W2’s are only available in the Web Portal for employees that have Opted In to receive electronic W2’s during the Onboarding.


Computer Desktop:

When logging in from a Computer Desktop, these can be found by clicking on the Pay History Tab and then choosing Taxes.​​​​​​​



Mobile Device:

When logging in from a Mobile Device, these can be found by clicking on the Menu icon (top left corner), choosing Pay History, and then choosing either Paychecks or W2.


If you are not able to re-set the Password to the Web Portal. Try this:

  • Ensure you are entering the email address linked to your account to receive the re-set link
  • Check email Junk or Spam folders for the password reset email. This email will come from (Sample image below)
  • The link within this email is only good for 2 hours.  After 2-hours, a new re-set email will need to be requested thru Forgot Password on the login page again.
