TRN will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from employees’ biometric data. Employment Disclosure
The Reserves Network (TRN) provides recruiting and staffing services to client companies. By applying for employment opportunities through our website, job boards, or directly with our recruiters, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Employment Contract
Submitting an application, résumé, or related materials does not create an employment contract, guarantee a job, or promise placement. Employment offers are contingent upon client requirements and applicable background or reference checks.
At-Will Employment
Unless otherwise specified in writing by an authorized officer of TRN, employment with TRN or with any client company through placement is on an at-will basis, meaning either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice or cause, as permitted by law.
Background Checks & Verifications
Some positions may require background checks, drug screening, employment verification, or other pre-employment screenings. Such screenings will be conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state and local laws, and will require your written authorization.
Client Employment Relationship
For direct hire placements, candidates hired by client companies become employees of those clients, not of TRN. In such cases, all employment terms, benefits, and conditions are determined by the client company.
Temporary/Contract Assignments
For temporary or contract roles, candidates may be employed by TRN and assigned to client companies. In these cases, payroll, benefits eligibility, and compliance obligations will be administered by TRN in accordance with applicable law.
Electronic Signatures
By submitting information, acknowledgments, or authorizations electronically through our website or related systems, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature. You further agree that your electronic signature has the same validity, enforceability, and binding effect as your physical signature under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws.
