Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Yard Hand to join our team in South Houston. In this role, you will support yard operations by assisting with material handling, organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
We are seeking a reliable Yard Hand to join our team in South Houston. In this role, you will support yard operations by assisting with material handling, organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general yard duties including cleaning and organizing work areas
• Assist forklift operators with moving materials and products
• Operate small forklift when required
• Assist with layering pipe racks and securing (bolstering) products
• Support bucking line operations including drifting, applying thread preservatives, and installing protectors
• Assist Shipping and Receiving with packaging as needed
• Tally all threaded tubing before placing into storage
• Follow all PPE and company safety requirements at all times
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma, GED, trade school, or basic reading and writing ability
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Ability to learn job duties within 90 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor/yard conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
