Job Description
As a MIG Welder, you will play a critical role in the fabrication of industrial-sized HVAC and AC units used in schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings. This position focuses on MIG welding and mechanical assembly to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. You will work closely with a collaborative production team to build, inspect, and prepare units for shipment. Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
· Perform MIG welding on industrial HVAC and AC unit components
· Use hand tools and measuring devices, including tape measures, to ensure accuracy
· Assist in the assembly and build of large industrial AC units
· Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications and Requirements:
· MIG welding experience required
· Mechanically inclined with strong tool-handling skills

The base salary range for this position is approximately $47,000–$50,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
