Job Description:

Join our client, a growing manufacturer that specializes in stamped, fabricated, finished, wired, and fully assembled metal components for select industry partners. If you’re experienced, safety-minded, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
As a Welder, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality metal components by:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Taking precise measurements to plan layouts and welding procedures
- Selecting the appropriate welding equipment and methods (TIG, MMA, etc.)
- Setting up and aligning components using calipers, rulers, squares, and clamps
- Preparing materials using angle grinders and other hand tools
- Welding components in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
- Repairing machinery and components by welding and filling gaps
- Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to identify defects
- Maintaining welding equipment to ensure safety and performance standards are met
- Following all safety guidelines and wearing required protective equipment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or machining environment
- Demonstrated experience with TIG, MMA, and other welding processes, upon interview a weld test will be conducted
- Strong knowledge of metal types and their properties
- Skilled in using both manual and electrical tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Understanding of welding safety standards and best practices
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- High School diploma or Equivalent or trade completion
- AWS Welding Certification Preferred (Not Required, but a Plus!)
- CWI or CRAWL Certification (major plus!)

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
