Job Description
The Warehouse Assistant supports daily operations within a busy warehouse environment, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and supplies. This role ensures accurate and efficient delivery of products to designated locations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to handle physical tasks. Employees will also assist with inventory control and shipment verification to support overall warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Pull, pack, and deliver orders for products and supplies
- Load and unload trucks and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning and documentation
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of warehouse and work areas
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Must have ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Must have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Must have ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must have ability to understand product codes and complete inventory forms accurately
- Must have ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

The base pay range for this position is $18.63 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
