Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an essential role in daily warehouse operations by pulling parts, staging orders, and loading or stocking trucks. This position involves receiving inbound product, maintaining accurate inventory movement, and ensuring all materials are properly organized and prepared for delivery. You will work both independently and as part of a team while using manual or powered equipment to move product throughout the facility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, pull, scan, package, stage, and/or load product based on assignment
- Put away inbound product into designated warehouse locations
- Pull accurate product and place it into staging areas
- Sort and stage materials correctly in designated areas
- Stack, wrap, and load product into tractor trailers or cube trucks
- Safely operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., order picker, forklift, pallet jack, pull cart, ladder)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb
- Comfortable using ladders and working at heights up to 30 ft
- Ability to tolerate hot and cold temperature conditions (facility is not climate controlled)
