- Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for core products, ensuring usability and visual consistency.
- Define and promote UX best practices, serving as a subject matter expert within the UX/UI function.
- Conduct and support user research, leveraging insights to inform design decisions and product strategy.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of designs.
- Continuously enhance user experience through analytics, user testing, and feedback loops.
- Maintain consistency across applications and devices through strong visual design standards.
- Stay current on UX trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience supporting web or software applications.
- Strong user interface design skills, including experience with Material Design or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and ability to design across multiple screen sizes.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centered design mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $110,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
