Job Description
This role is perfect for a strong treasury or capital markets professional who wants to lead enterprise-wide cash management, liquidity strategy, capital planning, and investment oversight for a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance and annuity company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the organization’s financial strength and supporting new product launches, reinsurance strategies, and continued expansion in the annuity market.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
• Manage cash operations across a large, multi-bank structure and ensure funds are positioned to support growth
• Lead internal controls, policies, and compliance efforts with regulators, auditors, and rating agencies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a treasury team while collaborating cross-functionally across the business
• Support oversight of investment portfolios and complex financial instruments

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years of treasury, capital markets, or corporate finance experience in insurance or financial services
• Strong knowledge of investments, ALM, liquidity management, and regulatory capital frameworks
• Experience working with rating agencies, regulators, reinsurers, and financial institutions
• Advanced modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, cloud-based, technology-enabled environment
• 7+ years of treasury, capital markets, or corporate finance experience in insurance or financial services
• Strong knowledge of investments, ALM, liquidity management, and regulatory capital frameworks
• Experience working with rating agencies, regulators, reinsurers, and financial institutions

The base salary range for this position is $150,000- $170,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
