Job Description
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder for a family-owned and operated manufacturing company in Valley City, Ohio. This role involves welding and fabricating large anodes for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have strong TIG welding skills and the ability to read blueprints and complete projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role in a team-oriented production environment with consistent weekday hours.
Responsibilities:
· Perform TIG welding on large components and assemblies
· Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
· Fabricate and assemble materials according to specifications
· Complete projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
· Maintain quality standards and ensure precise workmanship

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous TIG welding experience required

The base salary range for this position is $41,600–$49,920 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
