Job Description
The Electronics Test Technician is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and verifying electronic assemblies and finished products in a manufacturing environment. This role supports production, rework, and repair activities while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic sub-assemblies and finished products
- Use automated and manual test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools
- Analyze test results, document failures, and support corrective actions
- Set up and verify test equipment to ensure proper calibration and operation
- Interpret work instructions, drawings, schematics, and travelers
- Follow applicable quality standards and industry requirements
- Adhere to ESD and FOD control procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Working knowledge of electronic components and their applications
- Ability to use hand tools commonly found in electronics manufacturing
- Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- IPC certification preferred
- Prior experience in an electronics manufacturing or test environment preferred

The base pay range for this position is $20-22/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
