Job Description for Talent Acquisition Partner:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of manufacturing and professional roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that reflect the organization’s goals and values. The Talent Acquisition Partner also ensures a seamless, positive onboarding experience for all new hires.
Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for roles in skilled trades, engineering, front-line leadership, and business support.
- Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, labor market trends, and sourcing techniques.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and provide consistent updates on recruitment progress.
- Screen, review, and interview applicants to evaluate work history, competencies, and qualifications.
- Coordinate all pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screens, vision testing, and completion of new hire paperwork.
- Manage new-hire processing to meet Payroll, State, and Federal requirements, including orientation, new-hire forms, I-9 documentation, and timekeeping setup.
- Lead and support the onboarding experience to ensure smooth transitions for all new employees.
Qualifications and Requirements Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate, professional, or staffing environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or related industries preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Bilingual skills in Vietnamese, Spanish, or French are a strong plus.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the pay range for this position is $70,000+, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
