Job Description
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Business ERP Systems Functional Analyst to support and improve mission-critical enterprise systems. This role serves as a bridge between business and technical teams, managing projects, tracking issues, and providing production support. The analyst will help implement process improvements and support day-to-day problem-solving across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ERP system projects, track issues, and serve as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and support end users with training and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate project activities and assist with system enhancements and integrations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or computer science-related field; 5+ years of experience in or around manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP system implementations or migrations and familiarity with end-to-end manufacturing processes (order to invoicing).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; able to work independently and in a team.
- Experience analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements; supporting software implementation and integration.
- Some travel may be required.

The base pay range for this position is $110,000 – $150,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
