Job Description
Join a dynamic and fast-paced organization as a Supply Chain Analyst, supporting the procurement and planning team. In this role, you’ll analyze supply and demand, manage product flow, and help optimize sourcing and distribution strategies. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure materials, inventory, and costs are effectively aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and forecast product demand to ensure consistent material availability
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to support cost and efficiency goals
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and contracts
• Evaluate logistics, warehousing, and transportation processes to reduce waste and improve delivery times
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and recommendations to leadership
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve planning accuracy and inventory control
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and production to align supply chain activities with business priorities
• Maintain accurate records and ensure ERP data integrity across product categories

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in procurement, materials management, or supply chain analytics
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and internal coordination
• Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast, identify trends, and solve problems effectively

The base pay range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
