Stamping Machine Set-Up Operator 2nd shift
What Matters Most
- Schedule: 3:15pm – 11:45PM Monday – Friday
- Payrate: $19/hr. plus $2/hr. shift differential
- Location: Painesville
As a Stamping Machine Set-up operator, you will set-up, tear down and operate a Progressive Stamping Machine (High speed reel-to-reel) to produce metal parts. Perform necessary adjustments on all tooling and machines. Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
- Set–up and operate progressive stamping machines to produce metal parts
- Perform necessary adjustments on all tooling and machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and equipment
- Setup gear feeds and pneumatic feeders
- Complete production logs, die repair logs, and parameter set-up sheets
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with micrometers, calipers and comparator
- High school diploma
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary for this position is $19/hr. plus $2/hr. shift differential, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
