Job Description
A growing, multi-entity organization with a publicly traded parent company is seeking a high-impact Staff Accountant to support expanding U.S. operations. This is not a clerical AP position — it is a growth-focused accounting role within a recently implemented NetSuite ERP environment. The accounting team supports four U.S. entities and is operating at capacity following rapid growth and a recent ERP conversion. This hire will play a key role in reducing daily workload pressure, strengthening cross-entity workflows, and contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives in a high-volume, collaborative setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support accounting operations across four U.S. entities – bank recs, AP/AR, month close
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support cash flow forecasting and transaction accuracy
- Assist with month-end close including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial data within ERP
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate closely with accounting team members on cross-entity support
- Assist in building scalable accounting infrastructure during a growth phase
What They’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of accounting experience
- Strong AP and AR foundation
- Experience in multi-entity environments preferred
- ERP confidence (NetSuite highly preferred)
- Accounting degree required
- CPA or MBA a plus
- Self-starter mentality with a process-improvement mindset
