Job Description
A large-scale enterprise is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical initiative aimed at achieving digital accessibility compliance. This high-impact project involves coordinating an external vendor to conduct a comprehensive audit of web content and applications, identifying gaps, and ensuring remediation is completed ahead of federally mandated deadlines. The selected resource will also support other enterprise projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of accessibility compliance and other strategic projects
- Oversee scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality, contractual, and compliance standards
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide project updates and status reporting
- Identify and manage risks while ensuring project documentation is thorough and up to date
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience leading large enterprise IT or compliance-focused projects
- Strong background in managing vendors, cross-departmental coordination, and regulatory deliverables
- Proven ability to manage project documentation including charters, WBS, communication plans, and risk logs
- Experience working under federally driven deadlines (e.g., accessibility or legal mandates) is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must meet CJIS clearance requirements

The Pay Rate range for this position is $36 – $41 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
