A healthcare organization in South Houston is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to support their ERP Finance and Supply Chain segment. This role focuses on supporting the Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other IT applications at the Central Supply Chain (CSC) Warehouse. The ideal candidate has previous IT analyst experience in a warehouse environment and can coordinate across technical teams, end users, and vendors. Onsite presence is required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Infor WMS and related warehouse systems
- Coordinate and implement patches, hotfixes, upgrades, and testing efforts
- Liaise with users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve system issues and manage enhancement requests
- Monitor data integrity and interface functionality across multiple systems
- Develop and update SQL scripts to support reporting and troubleshooting
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in complex systems support, preferably in healthcare IT
- Strong understanding of application data structures, interfaces, and workflows
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and familiarity with Windows server environments
- Previous experience supporting a WMS and/or ERP system preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation
