Job Description
As a Solderer you will perform hand assembly on post-surface mount circuit boards using detailed instructions and diagrams. You’ll read and identify components, operate basic tools, and follow industry standards for quality. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in precision work.
Responsibilities:
· Place and solder thru-hole electronic components according to polarity and orientation
· Read and follow assembly drawings and Bills of Material
· Verify component values and ensure correct placement
· Use basic hand tools such as glue guns, clippers, and masking tools

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Experience with production or electronics assembly preferred (will train)
· Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
· Basic understanding of assembly instructions and diagrams
