Job Description
A leader in recycled industrial rubber products is seeking Shredder Operators to join their Houston, TX team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering both day and night shifts. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the recycling and manufacturing process by shredding, cutting, and loading rubber mats.
Responsibilities:
- Operate shredding equipment and follow conveyor process
- Cut and process rubber products
- Load and move heavy rubber mats (50–100 lbs)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Entry-level position: previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be able to commute and have immediate availability
