Job Description
The Shipping & Receiving Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, verifying, storing, and shipping materials accurately and efficiently. This position is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring all orders are picked and prepared correctly. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate forklift equipment. This role offers a consistent four-day workweek in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
· Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and report discrepancies
· Load and unload trucks safely using forklift or tow motor equipment
· Pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders for shipment
· Perform cycle counts and maintain organized storage areas
· Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Prior warehouse experience required
· Current forklift certification/license and tow motor experience
· Experience with inventory control and loading/unloading trucks
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and stand for 10-hour shifts

The base salary range for this position is $37,440–$41,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
