Job Description:
Join a technology-driven organization building a cloud-native, API-powered platform that is distrupting the industry. As a Senior MarTech Developer, you will play a key role in the development, integration, and optimization of the marketing technology stack, supporting data-driven growth and customer acquisition initiatives. Working closely with marketing and product stakeholders, you will serve as a subject matter expert on marketing systems while remaining a hands-on contributor responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute as a senior technical resource within a cross-functional Agile team of developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
- Serve as technical SME for marketing platforms including CRM systems, campaign automation tools, AdTech integrations, analytics (e.g., GA4), and A/B testing tools.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear technical requirements and scalable solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services that support complex marketing workflows and business processes.
- Deliver high-quality code aligned to sprint goals, promote strong testing and CI/CD practices, and ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
- Mentor team members through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing while contributing to cross-team platform decisions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years collaborating directly with marketing teams on AdTech, CRM, campaign automation, analytics, and experimentation platforms.
- Strong programming expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Enterprise architecture experience designing and delivering RESTful APIs, integrations, and cloud solutions (Azure preferred), including both monolithic and microservices architectures.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions in a cloud environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple Agile teams with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $155,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
