Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining a facility operation and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. They will also be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around a facility as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
• Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped
Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in residential or apartment maintenance
HVAC is a plus but not a must have
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to work in any weather conditions

The base salary range for this position is $26.00-$30.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
