Job Description
The Senior Functional Analyst plays a key role in aligning enterprise strategy with operational execution. This position focuses on developing and implementing lean processes, optimizing ERP systems, and driving standardization across business units. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to streamline data, improve performance, and enable long-term business growth. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead process improvement initiatives and support strategic enterprise goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practices for lean enterprise processes and standardization
- Partner with end users to analyze business needs and improve operational workflows through ERP utilization
- Lead efforts in process mapping, bottleneck identification, and waste reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with IS Development teams on project prioritization, management, and process optimization
- Support leadership in defining strategic requirements, KPIs, and performance metrics for ongoing improvement
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or systems optimization
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (Distribution and Manufacturing environments preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data auditing and analysis
- Background in software development, tech support, or technology integration
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Experience with Progress 4GL, OpenEdge Studio, and MS SQL is highly desirable

The base pay range for this position is $110,000–$150,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
