Job Description
A global, publicly traded technology organization serving aerospace, environmental, energy, medical, and industrial markets is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Analysis & Planning team. This role partners closely with leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support, but also carries weight on the accounting side of the organization, so a solid accounting background is essential. You will use your combination of Accounting & Finance acumen and skill set to build financial models, analyze variances and KPIs, and deliver executive-level reporting that translates data into actionable insights. This position is onsite in Lincoln, NE.
What You’ll Do
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis
- Perform variance and KPI reporting
- Prepare executive reporting packages
- Partner cross-functionally to support strategic decisions

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5+ years of Accounting and/or Financial Analysis
- Strong modeling, reporting, and ERP skills
- Ability to communicate financial insights to leadership
- A background in public audit would be ideal
