Job Description
Work with customers to provide pricing, shipping updates, order status via phone calls and emails. Follow up with customers in a prompt, professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer emails from customers
- Provide pricing and shipping status
- Work with customers on what they can manufacture
- Work with internal departments to provide best solutions in a prompt fashion
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, or with 2 years of college
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Good with dimensions and measurements
- High attention to detail and work with great accuracy

The base salary range for this position is $49,920, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
