Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support one or more technology product delivery teams responsible for building and enhancing software solutions that support financial operations. In this role, you will facilitate Agile delivery, guide teams in Scrum and Kanban practices, and help ensure the successful execution of development initiatives from planning through release. The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and enable high-performing teams to deliver meaningful business value.

The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and enable high-performing teams to deliver meaningful business value.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide teams in adopting and maintaining Agile best practices using Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks
- Support delivery teams in bringing new product features to market and enhancing existing software solutions
- Identify and remove impediments that may impact delivery timelines or team productivity
- Manage dependencies and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, process optimization, and team coaching
- Monitor team progress and delivery metrics using Agile lifecycle management tools
- Foster a collaborative team environment and help resolve conflicts to maintain effective communication and alignment
- Support initiatives from project initiation through release while ensuring alignment with organizational Agile practices
- Assist with prioritization, workflow organization, and resource coordination to meet delivery objectives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred
- 2+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
- 3+ years of related professional experience in Agile delivery, project coordination, or software development environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
- Understanding of software development practices and the application development lifecycle
- Strong facilitation, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and meet delivery deadlines
- Experience with change management, process improvement, or cross-functional project coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices or experience in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services is beneficial

The Pay Rate range for this position is $53 – $70 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
