Job Description:
Join this dynamic and innovative team as a Salesforce Engineer, where you will be instrumental in the analysis, development, and ongoing support of our critical internal software systems, with a specialized focus on optimizing our Salesforce Sales & Marketing Clouds and their extensive ecosystem. This organization is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer who thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that directly impact their global operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support internal software systems, primarily focusing on Salesforce Sales & Marketing Clouds and its related ecosystem.
- Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code in various languages, including APEX/SOQL, Java, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate closely with Lead Software Engineers, Product Owners, QA, System Integrators, and Solutions Architects to deliver quality software and ensure system reliability in production.
- Provide technical input, conduct peer code reviews, and assist other team members with software development tasks and system maintenance.
- Develop test classes and automation scripts to support Quality Assurance and guide the solution and implementation of key platform features.
- Actively participate in an Agile workflow, including Scrum, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 3+ years developing software in a variety of environments with a focus on Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Clouds)
- Experience in an Agile Environment

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 – $105,000 CAD, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
