Job Description:
This rapidly growing organization is adding a Salesforce Administrator to their team who brings deep expertise in Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds to lead the enhancement of their digital engagement ecosystem. This proactive role focuses on collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions while providing the production support necessary to ensure the platform efficiently meets organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of the Salesforce environment, including security settings, user permissions, and production support to ensure 24/7 system reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions using advanced declarative tools like Flows, Agents, and Prompts.
- Manage high-level integrations and AppExchange apps while delivering actionable insights through sophisticated Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data governance practices.
- Drive continuous platform improvement by staying current on Salesforce releases and leading user training initiatives to maximize organizational adoption and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder credentials preferred.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative concepts—including data/security models, Flow, and case management—combined with a background in Customer Service or Help Desk environments.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
