Job Description
In this role you will be in control of settling sales transactions across a group of stores that this organization owns. This process is vital to making sure the correct paperwork is drawn, and the movement of funds is handled correctly. You will communicate with both the sales team and the manufacturer to be certain the sale is settled correctly. Accuracy and diligence are at a premium
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with sales staff to insure proper documentation on each transaction
- Make entries into the accounting and inventory systems
- Reconcile accounts
- Communicate with parent corporation to finalize all transactions
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years if AP or AR experience
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have strong communication skills

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
