Job Description
A sales leadership role responsible for guiding and developing a sales team to achieve revenue targets. The position focuses on coaching, pipeline management, performance improvement, and delivering high-quality customer service while collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and ensure team accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable to goals and metrics
- Observe and coach team members during live sales interactions to improve effectiveness and close rates
- Provide instruction, positive reinforcement, and ongoing development opportunities for the team
- Monitor pipeline activity, lead generation, and conversion rates to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve results
- Ensure consistent delivery of professional and high-quality customer service
- Support the team in responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and managing key accounts as needed
- Review and analyze sales reports and provide updates to senior leadership
- Collaborate with Support, Account Management, Business Development, and Operations to align sales initiatives with company goals
- Stay informed on industry trends and market changes within the PVF sector
- Guide prospecting efforts, lead qualification, and overall sales pipeline management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in the PVF industry
- Previous experience in sales leadership or managing a sales team preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field preferred
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment

The base pay range for this position is $110,000–$130,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
