Job Description
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales and marketing team through administrative coordination, data management, and event support. This position is ideal for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling marketing-related projects, reporting, and budget tracking.
The Sales Coordinator will work primarily from the Plano office and will occasionally support on-site community events such as Grand Openings and Homebuying events.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales and marketing team with daily administrative coordination
- Perform accurate data entry, reporting, and file maintenance
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community event preparation
- Track and update sales/marketing documents and internal reports
- Support budget-related tasks, including organizing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining budget spreadsheets
- Maintain organized records and ensure deadlines are met
- Use Microsoft Office tools daily, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Assist with coordination and on-site support for occasional weekend events
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Marketing degree preferred OR equivalent marketing experience
- Experience: Sales support, marketing coordination, administrative support, or related background
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong data entry accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with budgets and tracking expenses
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in-office in Plano and travel occasionally to local communities
