Job Description
We are seeking a Robotics Engineer who is excited to build, test, and refine collaborative mobile robots designed for manufacturing environments. In this role, you’ll work on both core development and real-world deployment, contributing to navigation, vision systems, and motion planning while also supporting customer integrations. It’s a hands-on position with the opportunity to make an immediate impact in an innovative, high-growth company.

In this role, you’ll work on both core development and real-world deployment, contributing to navigation, vision systems, and motion planning while also supporting customer integrations. Responsibilities
- Develop and refine navigation and vision algorithms for real-world environments
- Support integration of sensors, cameras, and embedded systems into robotic platforms
- Collaborate with field teams to test, troubleshoot, and optimize robot performance
- Assist with proof-of-concept demonstrations and customer-specific adaptations
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in robotics industry
- Ownership of a deep-learning-based computer vision pipeline
- Proficiency in Python and C++ with exposure to robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2 (preferred)
- Had some level of direct interaction with customers and/or their assets, facilities, etc
- Experience developing, deploying and iterating on computer vision applications on edge hardware (Nvidia Jetson, etc + Camera)
- Knowledge of LiDAR, cameras, or IMU sensors and their applications in robotics
- Ability for some travel to customer sites when required

The base salary range for this position is $80,000–$110,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final salary will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience.
