Job Description
Join a prominent healthcare organization as a Digital Asset Assistant. You will catalog and archive all historical, existing, and future digital assets, format and store assets, document identifying information for images, ensure all released images comply with institutional documentation, copyright regulations, and have appropriate approvals, and route third party requests for appropriate approvals. Responsibilities:
- Review designated folders in the Orange Logic (OL) DAM and compare them with corresponding server folders.
- Identify and log duplicate assets for future cleanup.
- Document any projects that exist on the server but are missing from the DAM.
- Restructure selected folders according to the standardized framework established by the Medical Illustration team.
- Create and update metadata fields for applicable projects and assets.
- Validate metadata to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal governance standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- One year of experience working with Digital Asset Management systems.
- Strong knowledge of metadata standards and digital asset governance.
- Proficiency with Adobe Bridge is required.
- Orange Logic software knowledge is preferred.
