Job Overview: As the Regional Sales Manager at The Reserves Network, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets within your assigned region. The regions you will be overseeing: are North Carolina, Kentucky, and Virginia. This role requires a dynamic leader, an effective communicator, and a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales management. You will lead a team of Sales Representatives, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and contribute to the overall success of The Reserves Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the regional sales team.
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client workforce needs and ensure effective communication of staffing solutions.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Sales Performance Tracking:
- Implement and utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate revenue projections.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience along with outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B capacity in a service industry
- Required travel. Must visit each sales executive once per quarter in the assigned region.
- Staffing industry experience required
- Energetic, self-starter with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Must be able to communicate both orally and written in a clear, concise, and effective manner
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to conduct yourself professionally in all situations
- Technology savvy to navigate through our various tools and systems
