Job Description:
Keep product moving and inventory accurate. We’re hiring a Receiving Material Handler to unload, verify, and stage incoming materials, support inventory accuracy, and help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive raw materials and place items in designated locations
- Count, verify, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and defects
- Report discrepancies/quality issues to the appropriate personnel and follow quarantine procedures for defective materials
- Down-stack and cycle materials (FIFO) to ensure oldest inventory is used first
- Stage/pre-pull materials for production to support efficient setups
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, stand-up lifts, sit-down and pallet jacks to move and store materials safely
- Reconcile materials in the system (CLEA Mobile) and correct inventory discrepancies as needed
- Maintain an organized warehouse by navigating aisles/rows/shelves and storing product correctly
- Perform rolling inventory counts for materials and finished goods to align with system records
- Track warehouse consumables (boxes, cores, clamshells, etc.) and notify leadership when supplies run low
- Keep work areas clean and orderly at all times
- Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned
- May be cross-trained in the Shipping Department
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment: forklifts both stand-up and sit-down
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to follow established procedures
Requirements
- Warehouse experience required, forklift operation experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform typical warehouse physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, reaching)

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $14-17.00 hourly not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
