Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Receiving Clerk (Returns Specialist) to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting shipments, processing returns, and maintaining accurate system records using SAP. The ideal team member will ensure inventory integrity, partner with warehouse and inventory teams, and help maintain a clean, organized receiving environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient logistics and inventory accuracy across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Inspect and receive incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
• Accurately enter and update receiving and returns data in SAP
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized receiving area and prepare required paperwork

Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous experience as a Receiving Clerk or in a similar warehouse/returns role
• Hands‑on experience with returns processing
• SAP knowledge required (data entry, transactions, inventory updates)
• Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift and move items as required by the role

The base pay range for this position is $35,360 – $37,440 per year, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
