Job Description
As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured parts and processes meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This role includes performing detailed inspections, documenting results, supporting corrective actions, and working closely with production teams to maintain compliance. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience in a manufacturing environment, and a desire to take on leadership responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing into a team leadership or quality management role.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and quality standards
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
Support and guide production team members on quality expectations and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience as a Quality Technician or in a manufacturing quality role
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
Leadership and/or people management experience required
Strong interest in managing or supervising a team in the future
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

The base pay range for this position is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
