Job Description
The Quality Specialist conducts tests and inspections on optoelectronic products or components to ensure they meet performance standards and quality specifications. The role involves using microscopes and precision tools to identify defects and maintain accurate documentation of all findings. You will collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to address quality issues, preventing defects from recurring. This position requires attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to handle very small components accurately.
Responsibilities
• Conduct inspections, testing, and screening for defects in optoelectronic components
• Use microscopes and tweezers for precision inspection and handling of small parts
• Document inspection results in reports and quality databases
• Maintain and operate measurement equipment following SOPs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality

Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills for daily work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and documentation
• Ability to use a microscope and handle small components with steady hands
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
