Job Description
Join a rapidly growing medical device team as a Quality Inspector in a clean, lab-style environment (more laboratory feel than traditional manufacturing). You will perform visual and dimensional inspections, support QC testing, and complete compliant documentation. ISO background is a plus (ISO 13485 preferred). This is a hands-on role within a small, growth-focused company where precision, organization, and urgency matter.

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and similar tools
• Support QC lab testing (e.g., thermal/chemical/mechanical tests as trained)
• Complete quality records and inspection forms; maintain logs and device history documentation
• Keep laboratory and inspection areas clean and organized; assist with final packaging as needed
• Monitor basic inventory for the lab and support adjacent tasks as assigned

The base salary range for this position is $52,000–$58,240 annually (equivalent to $25–$28/hr), excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
