Job Description
We are hiring QC Inspectors to join a leading company in the threading and machining industry. You’ll be responsible for critical inspections including pitch diameter and ovality testing to ensure compliance with premium and API thread standards. All candidates must pass a short technical test to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRP gage set-ups for premium and API threads
- Conduct re-gages with third-party inspectors, as needed
- Utilize and interpret premium thread and API specifications
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on materials and products
- Use Mylar overlays and operate Mic-Trac equipment for accurate measurements
- Record and report inspection findings and maintain a clean, safe workspace
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be able to read and write in English
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in threading, machining, or QC inspection
- Must pass a pitch diameter / ovality test
- Premium threading experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards
- Must be available to work overtime and up to 7 days/week, as needed

The base pay range for this position is $18 to $22/ DOE , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
