Job Description:
Join as a leader in oil services as a Quality Control Inspector for an independent oilfield services company. In this role, you will inspect finished components and subassemblies to ensure conformance with customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect all finished components and/or subassemblies to blueprints
- Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and surface plates
- Ensure inspection gages and equipment are calibrated and maintained
- Review and understand customer certifications and QMS documentation
- Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- API Threading experience
- Some experience with NDE (mag particle)
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with pipe and casing inspection
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
