Job Description
As a Punch Press Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality materials used across multiple industries. You’ll set up and operate punch press equipment, monitor production, and ensure quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and wants to grow within a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate punch press machines, including loading materials and adjusting dies
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Pack and label products per customer specifications
• Accurately enter production data to maintain inventory and job tracking
• Identify equipment or production issues and communicate with leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read a tape measure and micrometer
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production goals
• Basic computer skills and solid communication abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $37,440 – $45,760, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
