Job Description
The Property Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Property Management Team while ensuring a high level of professionalism in all tenant interactions. This role is responsible for maintaining organized records, managing contracts and insurance documentation, coordinating meetings, and supporting property operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide full administrative support, including phone coverage, report preparation, filing, and correspondence distribution
• Prepare and code invoices for Property Manager approval and maintain purchase order systems
• Track and maintain contracts and certificates of insurance, including monitoring expiration dates
• Monitor and maintain the property maintenance work order system and prepare monthly status reports
• Maintain lease, contract, and property management files while fostering positive tenant relationships

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customer service experience in a professional office setting required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionally interface with decision makers
