Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-level ERP initiatives from initiation through completion. This role will manage complex projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while driving measurable business value. The ideal candidate will collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align priorities and ensure successful implementation. This position also plays a key role in change management and organizational adoption of new systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage ERP projects across multiple business functions
• Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations and project goals
• Monitor risks, timelines, and budgets while implementing mitigation strategies
• Provide consistent project updates, reporting, and vendor coordination

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise ERP projects
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or PeopleSoft
• Strong understanding of finance, procurement, supply chain, and HR processes
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools such as Microsoft Project or ServiceNow
