Job Description
A highly organized and proactive Project Manager is needed to support complex custom fabrication, scenic, and tradeshow builds from concept through installation. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly across multiple departments, and manages shifting priorities with confidence. The Project Manager will oversee schedules, documentation, materials, and daily coordination to ensure projects are executed accurately and on time. This position requires strong follow-through, initiative, and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule goals are met
- Interpret blueprints and shop drawings to guide fabrication and resolve issues
- Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules; take proactive action when progress falls behind
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, meeting notes, and change orders
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–5 years of project management experience in fabrication, scenic, theatrical, tradeshow, or event environments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design drawings, and technical documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills across departments and with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and project management systems

The base salary range for this position is $90,000–$110,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
